RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions:

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

• Items must be returned within 2 days of receiving the order.
• Products should be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN/EXCHANE:

2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us, and once received, we will process your refund or exchange.

REFUNDS:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after inspection.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
